Rockingchair Studios (formerly known as Rockingchair Recording Studios) was a recording studio founded by musician and producer Mark Yoshida in 1989. The recording studio was first based in Memphis, Tennessee but relocated briefly to Nashville, Tennessee. In December of 1994, Yoshida and his business partner, musician and graphic artist Brandon Seavers (who played with Yoshida in the band Six Million Dollar Band founded the record label, Rockingchair Records and a music production company, Rockingchair Productions. In September of 1997, Rockingchair Studios "closed" its doors whereupon the equipment was moved over to the Audio MasterWorks, Memphis facility, which Yoshida and Seavers purchased and renamed AudioGraphic Masterworks. Sessions recorded at AGMW were often credited as being recorded at Rockingchair Studios well up into the 2000's. The Rockingchair company's legal counselor was David Moser (2). In 2014, Yoshida and Seavers opened a vinyl manufacturing plant called Memphis Record Pressing.

In addition to Yoshida the following people have engineered, mixed, mastered and produced at the studio: Alan Mullins, Bill Pappas.
