Analog-centric private recording studio founded in 2014 in the Long Island City neighborhood of Queens, New York City.
The studio is co-owned by producers Thomas Brenneck, Leon Michels, Homer Steinweiss, and Nick Movshon, who serve as the studio's house band. The studio's chief engineer and tech is Jens Jungkurth.
Diamond Mine is successor to the former Dunham Sound Studios and Soul Fire Studios of Brooklyn, NY. It serves as house studio for Big Crown Records and also produces releases for Daptone Records and Dunham.
