Nervous, Inc.

A company established by Mike Weiss on June 9, 1989 in New York first as Win Disc Corp (aka Win Records, Inc.).
It was subsequently renamed Max Entertainment, Inc. on March 26, 1991.
It was ultimately renamed Nervous, Inc. on September 8, 1994.
Manufactured and distributed Ricanstruction Records in 1997 and Deep Soul between 1998 and 2000.
Nervous, Inc. is the current owner of both the Sam Records and the Nervous Records labels.
