This UK based consultant and design company was created on 21 Oct 1997, it changed of name on 8 Jan 2002 to become Pixelsurgeon Creative Consultants Ltd. before the company finally shut down on 26 Oct 2010. Also credited as Public Art (not to be confused with Public Art Creative Consultants Ltd. from Germany).
