Inoveris

Inoveris was the name of a CD/DVD manufacturer that was created in December 2003 when ComVest Investment Partners II LLC purchased the assets of Metatec Inc., located in Dublin, OH, USA.

In March 2004 Inoveris, LLC acquired the business and assets of Saturn Solutions Corp. in Orem, UT (including a 65-employee plant; Saturn, USA), followed shortly afterward by the acquisition of Saturn's Canadian parent company Saturn (Solutions) Inc. in Toronto (Saturn, Canada). Saturn (Solutions) Inc. had run an optical disc manufacturing plant in Montreal, but this was acquired separately by Lemmedia Inc. (aka Zanin).

In October 2006, Inoveris LLC's parent company The ComVest Group completed its acquisition of Zomax, Inc. (Zomax Optical), after which all Inoveris businesses (including the two manufacturing plants in Dublin, OH and Orem, UT) continued operations as Zomax.

The Dublin, OH manufacturing plant can be identified and credited based on the combination of a matrix number in the format L######## and mould SID code IFPI 9B**.
