Romanian CD/DVD manufacturer founded May 12, 2006. This manufacturing plant was originally opened in 1999 as Kanami, and was acquired by Optical Disc Service GmbH (ODS Optical Disc Service) in May 2006. After the insolvency of the German parent company in 2007, the Romanian plant became independent under 100% Romanian ownership and as of August 2008 was renamed ODS Optical Disc Solutions.
