Electric & Musical Industries (Dansk-Engelsk) A/S

The Danish branch of the multinational company Electric & Musical Industries Ltd. Svenska AB (EMI), established 1 July 1967 by renaming Skandinavisk Grammophon Aktieselskab. The company name is sometimes shortened to Electric & Musical Industries A/S, EMI (Dansk-Engelsk) A/S or simply EMI A/S. In February 1992 the company bought Medley Records ApS and changed name to EMI-Medley A/S.
