American record label located in New York City, New York.

The label was founded in 1940 by Eric Bernay, the owner of The Music Room record store in Manhattan. The label went bankrupt in early 1948. Its assets were acquired by Mercury Records later that year.

Best known for jazz recordings produced by Harry Lim. Ruby Weinstein was the recording director for the label.
