Operating under this name until the acquisition of RCA by the Ariola Group, then renamend to Ariola/RCA Musik Ges.m.b.H. and soon thereafter to BMG Ariola Austria GmbH.
Until the establishment of WEA Music Ges.m.b.H. ~1978, Ariola Schallplatten GmbH, Wien was also responsible for the Austrian distribution of WEA Musik GmbH-related releases.
