Officially established on 01 January 1996 as part of a restructuring of the Meekland holding group (owners of Damont and CD Plant, Malmö) and coinciding with an expansion including the acquisition of a 30,000 sq.ft. CD production plant. Full-scale production of CDs began in March 1996.
