1996: Founded by Kevin Czinger after purchasing Zoo Entertainment.

Mid 1997: The "Zoo Entertainment" name ceases to be used.

October 1997: Czinger merges Volcano with Dallas Austin's Rowdy Records to become Freeworld Entertainment.

North American reissues of Zoo Entertainment releases vary from approximately 1998-2001.
North American reissues of Capricorn Records releases are almost all exclusively 2001.
North American reissues of Scotti Bros. Records releases are almost all exclusively 1998.
