US record and distributing company established in 1970 as a successor to Audio Fidelity Records, Inc. (previously Audio Fidelity, Inc.).
It owned and operated the Audio Fidelity label, amongst others.
From October 1970 to December 1972, Audiofidelity Enterprises, Inc. distributed Milestone Records.
In mid-1976, they started using North American Music Industries for all pressing of their labels.
