1 releases

In 2004, Flamingo Recordings was established as a Dutch independent record label by DJs Funkerman, Fedde Le Grand and producer Raf Jansen (2). Their aim was to create a platform on which they could find a way to release their tracks without compromises. They wanted to release House "a la Flamingo" while "Taking no Shhh from any A&R!" In a short period of time they established themselves in the international label scene with releases that would be licensed to partners such as Defected, Ministry Of Sound and Cr2 Records.

After a few releases, they struck gold with the first version of Fedde Le Grand's "Put Your Hands Up 4 Detroit" and "Take No Shhh". Their future aim is to release tracks that are as fresh as they can be, with a new and always improving sound, and appealing to a large group of people without losing its underground identity.

Flamingo is also credited as Flamingo Recordings.
