ODS Business Services

ODS Business Services Ltd. was the UK sales, distribution and manufacturing arm of Optical Disc Service (ODS) GmbH. In March 2006, the company acquired the assets of Thamesdown SDC Ltd, a CD/DVD manufacturer with a factory in Swindon. In April of the same year, Databiz (UK) Ltd, based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire, was also acquired.

German parent company ODS Optical Disc Service went into administration in 2007-08 and ODS Business Services followed suit on 15 April 2008. The distribution business and assets were bought by Cinram Logistics UK Ltd., effective May 1st, 2008. The company at that time owned two Singulas DVD line replicators that were sold to an unnamed buyer.
