Real Name: George Liberace

American bandleader, violinist, arranger, songwriter, and TV performer in the 1940s-1960s.
Born July 31, 1911 Menasha, Wisconsin Died October 16, 1983 (aged 72) Las Vegas, Nevada. He was the elder brother of the more famous Liberace.
He appeared regularly on his brother's syndicated television show in the 1950s as violin accompanist and orchestral arranger. He was a very versatile performer as a bandleader, with each album covering a different genre of music from Latin to teenage to dance to Hawaiian to Strauss Waltzes.
In 1979, he retired from conducting and performing the violin onstage and devoted most of his time to managing the Liberace Museum in Las Vegas.
