American songwriter, producer and publisher, born April 11, 1939 in Promised Land, Arkansas and died March 27, 2012 in Nashville, Tennessee. Owner of Richey House Studio and production company Paul Richey Prod. Inc. He was married to Sylvia Richey and brother of George Richey.
