Phil Sagar

Started in the music industry in the 90s as the label manager for Jackpot Records and Excession Recordings. Phil moved to the Ministry Of Sound in 1998 working with international licensing, compilations, and A&R; leaving in 2006 to work in A&R at Universal Music Group. Since 2015 he has worked in A&R for Armada Music B.V. based in London, England, UK.
He is the main A&R for the sublabel Armada Subjekt.
