Originally a duo consisting of D.Kay and Raw.Full, Ill.Skillz is now just an alias for Raw.Full.

Raw.Full's first contact with EDM was years before he started his own club at Flex Vienna during the late 90s along with a bunch of other music afficionados. But it all started in 2001, mainly focused on the hype of drum and bass music in Central-, Eastern-Europe and the UK. He worked together with artists like Dub FX and Buraka Som Sistema and released tracks on almost every renowned d'n'b label back in the days. Also, IllSkillz is co-founder of the sub genre trance and bass along with his famous track "Be There 4 U", and the first Austrian d'n'b act to tour the whole US.
