Woody Herman Sextet

Short-lived sextet founded by Woody Herman at the end of 1958, recording from January to June 1959. The sextet was given up in order to formation of Woody Herman's Anglo-American Herd and continued with one closing session on June 8th, 1959 with a different personnel compared to January/February.
