Seymour Solomon

Seymour Solomon (born 1922 in New York City, died July 18, 2002) was a violinist and record producer, he founded Vanguard Records together with his brother Maynard Solomon in 1950. His original interest was classical music, and he studied violin at Juilliard, his label then became most noted for its folk and blues catalogue.
