Mervin And Melvin Steals

Melvin and Mervin Steals, twin brothers (born Feb.9, 1946) from Aliquippa, Pennsylvania. The brothers have written more than 300 songs, 90 of which have been recorded. Their biggest hit, “Could It Be I’m Falling in Love,” recorded by The Spinners, reached the top of the Billboard Hot 100 Chart in 1973. Melvin was nicknamed “Lyric” and Mervin was called “Mystro” — known for his distinctive horn and string orchestrations.
