Pierre Tubbs

British songwriter producer and album sleeve designer born in 1942. Started out in the mid 1960s and has been involved in nearly every branch of the entertainment business since, from management to scriptwriting, writing hit songs, contract negotiation, building studios, designing album covers, photography, writing hundreds of TV commercials, operating a publishing company (Universal Songs, Ltd.), owning and operating a 24-track studio (Universal Sound) and a home 24-track analogue & 16-track digital studio, arranging, print co-ordination, advertising, directing videos, producing records etc. Also involved in The Universal Record Company in 1980.
