Newsboys is a Christian rock band originally from Mooloolaba, Queensland, Australia, and now based in Nashville, Tennessee. Since its founding in 1985 by Peter Furler, who departed the band in 2009, and George Perdikis, the band has released 17 studio albums, 6 of which have been certified gold. As of 2025, the band consists of lead guitarist Jody Davis, keyboardist Jeff Frankenstein, drummer Duncan Phillips, and rhythm guitarist, bassist, and lead vocalist Adam Agee; no founding members are featured in the lineup.
