Born December 8, 1933 in Canton, Ohio.
Died July 10, 2000 in Thousand Oaks, California.
Brother of [a343987], [a2452684] and [a366287].

General manager of Dolton Records (1964), he worked as A&R producer for Liberty, Warner Bros. Records (60s), Columbia and MGM Records (70s).
He charted twelve times as a songwriter in the U.S. and U.K. between 1955 and 1977. His top selling song was "I Will" by Ruby Winters, which hit #97 on the U.S. R&B chart and #4 in the U.K. in 1977. The song previously charted four times, with the highest in 1965 by Dean Martin at #10 in the U.S. and #3 adult contemporary.
