D.Bastedos

Bastedos started producing re-edits in the late 1990s. Originally designed purely as a means of making his DJ sets unique without having to work himself into a sweat by cutting up two copies of his favourite disco tracks live in the club. Soon, due to popular demand, he began to release some of these in limited numbers for his labels Fools Gold and later Bastedos, while occasionally producing edits for other labels and sometimes collaborating with other DJs to make unique re-interpretations of his disco favourites.
