German trance producer duo founded in 1997 by brothers Torsten & Jörg Stenzel. Specializing in electronica, chillout and trance with and organic twist, York made an impact on the european dance music scene with tracks such as "On The Beach", "The Awakening", and "Reachers Of Civilisation".
Torsten Stenzel is a classical trained musician and producer, while Jörg - as a skilled guitarist - delivers most of the guitars parts, often cited as one of the main factors behind the duo's success.
