Bundy K. Brown
Real Name: Kenneth Brown
Multi-instrumentalist, producer, mixer and remixer from Chicago (IL, USA). In 1985 he began attending the University of Chicago and became involved in music: booking shows, hosting a radio program and working as a live sound engineer. He joined Bastro which was renamed to Gastr Del Sol in 1993 but became more a project by David Grubbs and Jim O'Rourke and the band remised in 1998. He was a founding member of Tortoise, which first was called Mosquito, but left them in 1995. Then he collaborated with and was involved in a variety of different projects including Tommy Pederson, Brothers In Rhythm among others. Kyle Brightwell was the name used for projects that were principally under his direction, but was always in flux. He was active in the Chicago music community as a recording engineer and at large remixing others.
