Notes

Came with cut-out paper mask of Richard O'Brien's character's (Cosmo McKinley) face and a single-sheet (almost A4 size) film promotion flyer, printed on both sides (which interesting leads to think the LP's label is Interfusion, despite this information nowhere else present on the release).

On front sleeve:
Front cover sub-title: "A Lou Adler / Michael White production of a new musical by Richard O'Brien
The Original Soundtrack"
Includes a sticker on the cover that states: "Includes bonus cut out of mask of Cosmo McKinley 37716 Removable adhesive"
On rear sleeve:
Recorded at Regents Park Recording Studios, London
