Back cover states that the release is "Distributed by Avan-Guard Music (Registered Trademark) 524 Kent St., Sydney N.S.W 2000. Telephone 61-3278" Side 2 label lists "All Blue" instead of "All Blues". "Made in Australia by a registered user of the trade marks."
