American media company from New York City, founded as a graffiti magazine in 1996 by Patrick Elasik (deceased) and Adrian Moeller, it has since grown to include a magazine, website, film, television, music label, and creative agency following an acquisition by American rapper Nasir Jones and investment group White Owl Capital Partners which evolved into a merger with New York-based creative studio Decon.
