Founded by Jimmy Low, and Andy Swallow. Due to the founders being busy with their other labels and own music projects, the label was run by James Mack (brother of Lisa Louds) during the mid-nineties, mainly releasing full vocal tracks by established American garage producers like Danny "Buddah" Morales, Lenny Fontana and Benji Candelario.
