This budget reissue label, sometimes referred to as Midi Records, was launched in 1972 by [l1255] and used by several international branches in Europe and Australia.

Initial releases were a product of [l277851]. The company was renamed in late 1972 to [l=WEA Musik GmbH] but began operations not before early 1973, so it is unlikely that releases with a WEA credit were released in 1972.

The UK label was introduced in November 1974. Pressings with 'Made in UK' and (c) (p) 1973 exist, but the combination country = UK and release date = 1973 is impossible.
