Transparent Music is a new and independant multimedia music company dedicated to developing artist and events that make musical categories, if not obsolete, then certainly "transparent." We launched our record label in June 2000 with the double-guitar, jazz/R&B project Soul Conversation featuring Mark Whitfield and JK; and Like a Brother, a very special collaboration among Gerry Beckley (America), Robert Lamm (Chicago), and the late Carl Wilson of the Beach Boys.
