The company was set up on 1 April 1989 by Ton van den Bremer in Soest, Holland in 1989, later moved to Curaçao (The Dutch Antilles), headed by Jozef Zimmerman, and eventually to Hong Kong in 2002 (with ToCo Asia Ltd.)
