American hip-hop label from Brooklyn, New York/U.S.A. founded in 1994 by Busta Rhymes. Home to the Flipmode Squad, the label changed its name to The Conglomerate Entertainment in 2011. In 1996 Flipmode signed a deal with Elektra, before Busta partnered with Clive Davis and his J Records imprint in 2000.
