Midi Inc is a label that is still active and was established by Shigeki Miyata of Dear Heart (RVC) and Hiroshi Okura (Yoroshita Music). Akiko Yano and Ryuichi Sakamoto were also stakeholders in the company from its outset, with Sakamoto forming the sub-label School.
