Italian record company behind the Fonotipia label.
Established in 12 October 1904 in Milan by Alfred Michaelis and Dino Foà.
Between 1911 and 1914 as well as between 1922 and 1925 it belonged to the Carl Lindström A.-G., and then became part of Columbia Graphophone Company Ltd.
1931 it became part of Electric & Musical Industries Ltd. Svenska AB
The company was closed down in 1948.
