Kaktai Records

Käktäi Records is a legendary Brighton based Hard House / NRG label owned & run by Superfast Oz & OD404. The label sports huge releases & remixes from a longstanding & very successful collaboration between the duo as OD404, as well as a number of solo & colloborative efforts by both Oz and Dom (under his Defective Audio & Base Graffiti aliases).

Dom and Oz met whilst DJ'ing at gigs in Brighton during the mid 90's. They had similiar tastes and both were interested in dabbling with music production, so they acquired some studio equiment and started crafting their art. Very few labels were initially interested and the duo later launched Kaktai Records in '97 as a platform for their music.

Kaktai Records has since seen outstanding appearences by some of the most renowned artists in the Hard House / NRG arena, making it one of the most consistent & supported labels in the scene.
