Record label owned by arranger/producer/composer team Hugo Peretti and Luigi Creatore (alias ). Originally founded as Avco Embassy (later Avco Records in 1969 by Peretti, Creatore and film producer Joseph E. Levine, Peretti and Creatore bought the company from Avco-Embassy Pictures in late 1975 and renamed it H&L. The label was closed in 1979.
