Deacon was a short lived British budget label based in London in the early 1970s. Sometimes the covers incl. a Gallery Stereo label pressing. The label may also appear as just Deacon Stereo. By the end of 1971 Deacon expired and was replaced by the successor label Windmill (3). Both labels frequently display an additional "Spectro-Stereo Dimension" brand. The company behind the label changed names and addresses within the short time of existence.
