American soul / funk band founded in New York by Ervin Waters and Samm Culley, both originally from Maryland and members of [a390415]. The Skull Snaps project was started in 1970 and ended around 1975. In 2005, Erv Littleton Waters, Sam O. Culley, and George Bragg were briefly reunited in 2005 by the Ten12 label, with accompanying web presence that has since dissipated.
