Siegfried E. Loch

German record producer, became the manager of Liberty/United Artists in Germany at the age of 25. In 1971, he became director of Kinney Music GmbH (renamed to WEA Musik GmbH in 1972), and president of WEA-Europe (in 1982). In 1992, he started ACT.
